Using the state of the art advancements in information technology, the General Department of Taxation has been working on introducing an innovative service for taxpayers by developing a smart phone “MTA” application.
The goal of the application is to allow the taxpayers to obtain information and prevent risks.
The smart phone application allows to read news, view tax return filing deadline, obtain information on tax payment account, obtain information on tax offices such as location, official addresses and phone list, online service web addresses of tax offices and receive answers to frequently asked questions, as well as using search engine to find the list of VAT payers individuals and legal entities, list of taxpayers with violations for fabricated VAT receipts, list of inactive companies, list of taxpayers that are not located at the address enlisted at the taxation authority, list of taxpayers that do not submit tax returns reports and pay tax payments.
